Iyengar yoga focuses on developing strength, endurance, correct body alignment, flexibility and relaxation.  It improves circulation, coordination, balance and increases general vitality.  Yoga is good for stress, as well as mind and body relaxation for all ages and levels of physical condition.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class.

Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach.

Wear appropriate clothing. 

Parking is available on George Street or in the Christ Church Parish parking lot.

If you have previous experience in other forms of yoga, Iyengar Yoga will be new to you. Please begin with an Introductory class. 

Yoga classes may be purchased as drop-ins, 5 classes or 10 classes.  You may either pay in the studio or downstairs in store.
